In recent years, digital technology has emerged as an alternative intervention with the potential to reduce prenatal anxiety. This article is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at assessing the effectiveness of using digital technology in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women. This research was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines and includes literature from the PubMed, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar databases published in the last decade. The research shows that various forms of digital technology, such as app-based mindfulness interventions (eMBI), internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT), tele-education, and online peer support platforms, are significantly effective in reducing prenatal anxiety. The analyzed research applied quantitative and qualitative methods with validated psychometric instruments, such as STAI, PRAQ-R, GAD-7, and EPDS. Although the results are promising, further research is needed with a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design, larger sample sizes, and the development of specific measurement instruments for perinatal anxiety. The practical implications of this research indicate that healthcare professionals can integrate digital technology into prenatal services to efficiently enhance psychological support, especially in resource-limited areas
2025-06-30T03:08:41+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Ni Made Darmiyanti, I Wayan Candra https://ejournal.pkkb.ac.id/index.php/JGK/article/view/205 Analisis Berat Badan Lahir dengan Kejadian Asfiksia Di RSUD Dr. H. Data analysis in this study was bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test Results: From 30 samples of pregnant women. Obtained knowledge of a significance level of 0.05, the Chi-Square statistical test showed a p-value of 0.907. A large p-value indicates that there is no significant relationship between the knowledge variable and the incidence of anemia in the data analyzed. And in the attitude category At a significance level of 0.05, the Chi-Square statistical test shows a p-value of 0.173. If the p-value is greater than α (0.05), there is no significant relationship between the attitude variable and the incidence of anemia in the data analyzed. In Bali, this approach has gained attention among expectant mothers seeking a calmer birthing experience. However, participation rates remain varied, and comprehensive data on the involvement of pregnant women in hypnoprenatal practices is still lacking. This study aims to examine the participation of pregnant women in hypnoprenatal in the province of Bali. This research employs a descriptive design with accidental sampling, involving pregnant women in Bali as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis. Findings indicate that the majority of respondents have not participated in hypnoprenatal. Higher participation rates were observed among women aged over 35 years, those with at least a high school education, and those employed in the private sector. Additionally, first-time mothers and those in their third trimester exhibited greater participation, likely due to heightened anxiety as labor approaches. These findings provide valuable insights for healthcare professionals to enhance education on the benefits of hypnoprenatal and expand access to such services, thereby supporting the well-being of pregnant women.
2025-06-30T03:45:03+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Maria Gabriela Yuniati, A.A.Santi Dewi
