The Policy Review of the HOPE Journal is:
Every submitted manuscript will be reviewed by a reviewer.
The review process uses blind review, meaning that the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewer.
In the review process, reviewer give considerations regarding the suitability of the tittle, abstract, discussion (findings) and concluscions. Apart from that, reviewers also give considerations regarding novelty, scientific impact and references used.
Every manuscript published is free of charge (free)
