Abstract

Kombucha tea is one of the most interesting traditional drinks because this tea is fermented by a
symbiotic culture. Free radicals will make our body cells easily damaged and unable to function
properly. Vitamin C in Kombucha tea is an important compound needed to boost the immune system.
Vitamin C can function as an antioxidant, which can repair body cells and skin tissue damaged by free
radicals. Consumption of kombucha tea has health-promoting benefits such as the ability to treat
digestive disorders, stimulate the immune system, and have hypoglycemic and anti-aging effects. This can
actually be done as a household as long as it is made using the correct technology and later it can be
used as an effort to increase income for the PKK group of women. Delivery of kombucha tea materials
and training can be realized through the Community Service program conducted by the UNISVET
Biomedical Science Study Program. The target of this community service activity is PKK RW 2 mothers
located in Lamper Krajan. This program was carried out including socialization activities, training,
production assistance, and storage. The results obtained from this program are that it can increase the
soft skills and hard skills knowledge of PPK mothers in order to improve the quality of life and improve
health status.
