Abstract

In the post partum period, mothers experience many important events starting from physical
changes, lactation and psychological changes in facing a new family. Breastfeeding is a natural process.
Some breastfeeding problems that often occur in early birth are inadequate milk production. This often
causes breastfeeding mothers to feel anxious so that mothers cannot breastfeed exclusively. Therefore, in
this service activity, the provision of education and implementation of hynobreastfeeding is carried out
aimed at breastfeeding mothers in reducing anxiety. This is done because there is still high anxiety for
breastfeeding mothers and milk production is not smooth based on the results of field assessments and
previous research reviews. This service aims to increase the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers, reduce
anxiety and be more relaxed so that they can increase milk production. The method used is providing education with media posters and implementing hypnobreasfeeding with video guidance. The results of
providing education and implementing hypnobreasfeeding are increasing the mother's confidence in
breastfeeding, the mother is more relaxed and the milk production increases.
