Abstract

One disease that can disrupt the health of women's reproductive organs is cervical cancer, which
is the cancer that most often attacks women throughout the world. Bali is a destination for travelers
who are vulnerable to the spread and transmission of diseases related to reproductive health. The
incidence of cervical cancer in Bali Province is 2.3 per 1000 population. Cervical cancer can be
prevented by smartly improving healthy living behavior and reducing risk factors for cancer. From
interviews conducted with partners, it was found that the problem was that FSWs partners (Female Sex
Workers) had minimal knowledge regarding reproductive health, especially preventing cervical
cancer. They don't know the dangerous things about cervical cancer, the risk factors, how it is transmitted and how to prevent it. With the Covid-19 pandemic which has been going on for 3 years,
there has been a decrease in income from customers which has had an impact on their economy. So
they need additional income apart from satisfying customers. Based on the problems faced, the solution
that can be offered is to carry out a focus group discussion on preventing cervical cancer by involving
partners. This activity has increased the understanding of FSWs and people around the localization
regarding the importance of preventing cervical cancer. Increasing FSWs skills through training for
partners in making PPE such as masks, hand sanitizers, face shields. This training was carried out to
help FSWs find additional income apart from working in localization so that their economic problems
are helped during the Covid-19 pandemic.
