Pemberian Edukasi Pencegahan Kehamilan Dini Pada Posyandu Remaja

Abstract

A survey by Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in 2021 shows that the Angka Kehamilan Remaja (AKR) aged 15-19 years reached 48 per 1,000 pregnancies. Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) in 2018, it was found that pregnancies under the age of 15 years mainly occurred in rural areas with a proportion of 0.12% and the proportion of pregnancies at the age of 15-19 years was 2.81%. The community service design used is a correlational analytical design. The population in this community service is all young women in the youth posyandu totaling 67 young women at the Sukorame Posyandu Remaja, Kediri City. The instrument used in community service is a data collection unit in the form of a questionnaire. The results of community service were analyzed using the spearman rank test. The results of community service showed that after providing education on early pregnancy prevention, the majority of adolescents had good knowledge about adolescent pregnancy prevention, and others had sufficient and insufficient levels of knowledge. The majority of adolescents have a good attitude towards teenage pregnancy although the difference between respondents who have a good attitude and who is less is not very significant. There is a significant relationship between knowledge of teenage pregnancy and prevention of teenage pregnancy. Participate in the role of midwives in providing useful information for existing adolescent health programs by deepening material on adolescent reproductive health and including the role of parents in these activities seeing that the knowledge and role of parents are related to the incidence of adolescent pregnancy
