Abstract
Comprehensive obstetric services are provided to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and can reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This report aims to determine the results of the implementation of continuity of care according to standards in mother "SS" aged 26 years old primigravida from 21 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum period. On the third visit, a problem was found, namely back pain and prenatal yoga was given. The first stage of labor lasted for 3 hours and 40 minutes, the second stage lasted 20 minutes from 10 cm dilation until the baby was born. The baby was born at 09.00 WITA with strong cries and active movements. The third stage lasted 10 minutes, the mother had no problems in the fourth stage. There were no problems with the baby during the neonatal visit. Mrs. SS's postpartum period was carried out 4 times, during the first visit the mother felt pain in the birth canal, during the second visit the mother had no complaints. Complementary postpartum care the author taught Mrs. S's husband to do endorphin back massage to increase breast milk production. During the 28-day monitoring, the baby was healthy with no complications. The mother used a 3-month injection of birth control. Continuity of Care midwifery care for Mrs. SS starting from 21 weeks of pregnancy, labor, postpartum, BBL and family planning has been implemented and the mother is included in the low-risk group.
