The high prevalence of undetected and untreated mental health problems in adolescents in Indonesia due to a number of reasons, such as a lack of knowledge or awareness of mental health among health workers, or stigma that prevents adolescents from seeking help, can increase the possibility of risky behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of educational videos in efforts to promote mental health in adolescents at Junior High Scholl Number 11 Denpasar in 2025. The research method was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest and post-test design involving 36 samples of adolescent students in grade IX of Junior High school Number 11 Denpasar. The results of this study showed that the level of knowledge of students about mental health before being given education through videos was mostly sufficient, namely 25 people (69.4%). The level of knowledge of students about mental health after being given education through videos was mostly in the good category, namely 23 people (63.9%). Educational videos were effective in efforts to promote mental health in adolescents at Junior High school Number 11 Denpasar in 2025 with a p-value of 0.00. It is hoped that educational videos will be integrated into the education curriculum. This can help students better understand mental health issues and prepare them to face potential challenges.
