The prevalence of cervical cancer in Indonesia in 2019 based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health is 23.4/100,000 population with an average death rate of 13.9/100,000 population. The global strategy to accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer as a public health problem by setting a target of 70% of women being screened at the age of 35 years and repeated at the age of 45 years. The percentage of cervical and breast cancer screening examinations in women aged 30-50 years in West Java province is only 3.02%. The low knowledge and awareness of women to do early detection of cervical cancer is one of the reasons for the low number of women who do screening for early detection of cervical cancer. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of e-booklet educational media on knowledge of early detection of cervical cancer in WUS at PMB Jaba Denpasar. The research design was a pre-experimental one group pre-posttest design, using a non-probability sampling technique: purposive sampling with a total sample of 66 people. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The result of the significance of the p-value on the knowledge variable is 0.000, there is a significant difference between WUS knowledge about early detection of cervical cancer before and after being given an intervention using the E-Booklet. It can be concluded that statistically there is an effect of providing health promotion with E-booklet media on increasing the knowledge of WUS at PMB Jaba Denpasar.
