Abstract

Improved the efficiency and quality of health services Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital has adopted EMR to support faster and more accurate patient data management. To assess the success of EMR implementation, it is necessary to analyze the level of user satisfaction covering various important dimensions. Analyzing user satisfaction with the implementation of EMR at Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital using the EUCS method. Research Method: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the majority of respondents were very satisfied with the various dimensions measured. As many as 81.67% of respondents were satisfied with the content dimension, related to the information generated by the system. In the format dimension, 83.47% of respondents were very satisfied with the appearance and aesthetics of the EMR interface. In addition, 81.27% of respondents were satisfied with the accuracy of the data. However, in the timeliness dimension, satisfaction was lower, with 79.67% of respondents satisfied, indicating the need to improve timeliness in presenting information. Meanwhile, 83.20% of respondents were very satisfied with the ease of use of the system, including the process of inputting and searching for information. Overall, the implementation of Electronic Medical Records at Aisyiyah Hospital Bojonegoro has succeeded in increasing user satisfaction, especially in terms of information content, interface display, data accuracy, and ease of use. However, this study shows the need for improvements in the timeliness of information provision to achieve more optimal efficiency in the operation of effective and efficient medical records.
