Abstract
Adolescence is a period of change from childhood to adulthood. A sign of youthfulness appears in women, namely menstruation. Menstruation is regular bleeding from the uterus as a sign that the uterine organs are functioning maturely. During menstruation, you usually experience abdominal pain, usually called dysmenorrhea. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health, in 2023 the prevalence of adolescent girls in Indonesia who experience menstrual pain is 55%. Promkes is needed to provide information that increases the knowledge of young women so that teenagers who experience dysmenorrhea can handle it well. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent it as early as possible by increasing teenagers' knowledge about treating dysmenorrhoea in young women. Health education can be carried out to increase adolescents' understanding of the treatment of dysmenorrhoea in adolescent girls and its impacts. This community service activity in the form of health education was carried out at SMAN 4, Bengkulu City, attended by 30 young women. The material was provided through lectures using power point media, discussions and questions and answers. The evaluation results show that the majority of teenagers understand the material that has been presented
