Abstract

One of the national strategic areas for carrying out community service in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Villages is Seluma Regency which is part of Sukaraja sub-district. There is 1 assisted village, namely Padang Pelawi Village, which is part of Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The method that will be applied in realizing this PKM program is in the form of training and supervision. The method that will be applied in realizing this PKM program is in the form of training and supervision.  Training activity stage for cadres, formation of cadres, preparation of the "PARAS RUPAWAN" module, Postpartum Rupture Perenium Care Package and Supervision Activities. The results of this program show an increase in cadre skills and knowledge of postpartum mothers by 85% regarding efforts to prevent and treat perennial rupture. The main objective of this service is to provide solutions to partners' problems by providing education about preventing and treating perennial rupture, understanding efforts to prevent and treat perennial rupture in the form of the "PARAS RUPAWAN" module. Women's Perenium Rupture Postpartum Care Package in the form of daily modules that are applicable and easy to understand, a mentoring program (Kader Daulah) for postpartum mothers towards quality health. Formation of a Healthy Postpartum Cadre. Mentoring. Formation of Collaboration with the Nearest Community Health Center.
